Copyright claim

If material on NNScharts infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a notice here. Notices go to the top of the moderation queue.

Before you send

Charts here are chord progressions in the Nashville Number System — scale degrees, not recordings and not lyrics. Lyrics are not permitted on NNScharts at all, so if you have found some, say so and it will be removed.
A notice must be sent in good faith. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
If the chart is disabled, the author is told why and given your notice — by a person, using the address you give below, not automatically. If they file a counter-notice it is sent back to you, and the material may be restored in 10–14 business days unless you file suit.

Which chart?

Open the chart you are claiming and use Report a problem with this chart, then Copyright claim. That attaches the notice to the right chart, which the statute requires and which is otherwise easy to get wrong.

Designated agent

Notices may also be sent directly to the agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office for NNScharts (designation DMCA-1079801):
